I go horseback riding twice a week and I ride a 9 year old Palomino named Chickadee.
A few weeks ago, when we were riding in the indoor arena, some snow had fallen off the roof, and it made a really loud thud, and the horses spooked. Actually, it wasen't really scary. I think it just made me a better rider
lmao.
Another time, when I was trotting, the horse started cantering. Once again. Not scary.
So, what do ya'll prefer? Riding with stirrups or riding without? I like riding without. I think its just alot more comfortable.

Well kinda. I mean, i wasn't screaming. Once I pulled back on the reins, she stopped. I was a tiny bit scared because obvv i didn't see it comming XD
